The last year has been one of discovery about health through eating cleaner and exercising smarter. I have lost 90 pounds in the past year, going from a size 22 to a size 12 , losing 26% body fat, and gaining 13% muscle mass! This session will give attendees ideas of what worked for me, recipes for clean eating, ideas for workouts (with weights or just body weight, and at home or at the gym), and connection to an online community for support and encouragement in their own healthy living journeys.
